Who is Dorothy Wang dating? An update on the 'Bling Empire: New York' star's love life
If you're curious to know, who is Dorothy Wang dating? We've got all the deets on her relationship status right now
Who is Dorothy Wang dating? Is the Bling Empire: New York star still tied to Ari Kourkoumelis?
After our introduction to the Bling Empire: New York cast earlier this year, we can't help but dig into the nitty-gritty details of their dating lives, be it Dorothy's, Richard Chang's, or the oh-so-luxurious relationship between Stephen Hung and Deborah Hung. However, Dorothy's relationship status is particularly of interest—after all, romance is one of the reasons Wang left Beverly Hills and pursued this Bling Empire spin-off!
"I love how men in New York all have careers, but they’re also fun," the reality star revealed to Interview. "In New York, doctors, lawyers, and professionals, they all go out and have fun. I’m like that, too. I need a mix. I think the men in New York are more well-rounded in that way. I think they’re more intentional. They’re willing to be more savage."
Now that she's been on the East Coast for a little over a year, she and Kourkoumelis seemed to up the ante in their relationship by the end of Bling Empire: New York—but what's happened now that the cameras have stopped rolling? We're certainly curious to learn what's going on between Dorothy Wang and Ari...

Who is Dorothy Wang dating? Is she still with Ari Kourkoumelis?
Who is Dorothy Wang dating? It appears the reality star may well be currently single, as it looks as though Dorothy and Ari are no longer dating. Ari Kourkoumelis, a Greek-American who hails from Astoria, Queens, received his law degree from Columbia University, and has since had several stints in law—working for the United States Department of Commerce a few years ago—and is currently a partner at Kourkoumelis & Fotopoulos PLLC.
Upon the show's premiere, we were a little unsure where the two stood, considering that she was fairly quiet about their relationship, and we didn't get any traces of romance on social media. Now, several weeks after the series debut, it's been revealed that the two are, allegedly, no longer together.
While neither party has confirmed or denied the status update, an exclusive PageSix report suggests that the two have parted ways. It alleges that Ari and Dorothy did break up, but are not on bad terms with one another; they simply felt that they were just not compatible.
When she posted Instagram images of her 35th birthday celebration, sans Ari, fans chimed in with questions about his whereabouts. According to the comments on Instagram, viewers wanted the two to make it work—but alas, it wasn't meant to be!
Despite the fact that they're both New Yorkers, Wang and Kourkoumelis actually crossed paths during a vacation in the Bahamas, during that controversial getaway that made us ask "are Richard and Vika still together?"—and the courtship began from there when they made their way back home.
Although the two never really discussed defining their relationship, Dorothy and Ari were definitely seen getting comfortable throughout the debut season of Bling Empire: New York, and fans responded well to the pairing. Some onlookers seem to believe that the couple could be taking a turn for the more serious. We catch them on fun outings, and we even hear Wang say: "He’s like a little sweet angel!"
"Everything’s aligning and everything feels good. I think I’m with the right people," Wang further revealed to Interview. Though she did cryptically say, "I'm dating people," in the same q&a, it's clear she's was being very tight-lipped about her romantic life, much to fans' disappointment.
So for now, it seems as though Dorothy and Ari not meant to be!
But, will Dorothy give us a romantic update as she settles into her second year in New York? Perhaps we'll get a glimpse of someone new on her Instagram, or maybe we'll just have to wait for Netflix to greenlight Bling Empire: New York season 2. Either way, we'll be sure to keep you updated.
