To me, the COS quilted bag is the epitome of a 'Quiet Luxury' accessory. It looks expensive, it feels expensive and considering all the former point, it's actually pretty reasonably priced.

Since adding it to my cart, it has become an integral part of my capsule wardrobe for the effortless way it elevates my outfits. And while I can't sing its praises loud enough, I am (as a beauty and fashion writer) always on the lookout for a cheaper alternative.

I might have indeed found just that, thanks to this stylish and even more affordable COS quilted bag dupe—in both the shoulder and crossbody options—to nab this fall...

Here's why COS' quilted bag is my go-to this fall

Much like with the Uniqlo crossbody bag, this COS quilted shoulder bag has gone viral over on TikTok—especially the oversized crossbody version—and naturally, I succumbed to the temptation and added the mini bag straight to my cart.

The bag in question costs $59 and let me tell you, it's worth every penny. First of all, it's so comfortable under your arm, thanks to its padding—it literally feels like a pillow. It goes with just about every fit, thanks to its minimalistic and soft design and you can stuff a lot in there—from your everyday essentials to a drink can and snacks (yes, I can attest to this). You can also find it in a few other colors, though most are sold out and in a leather fabric also.

Lately, I've styled it with a leather jacket and mini skirt, as well as jeans and a sweater vest for those Sofia Richie 'Quiet Luxe' vibes but whatever your aesthetic, this bag will easily blend.

If however, its almost $60 price point is a bit out of your budget, Amazon—like with this Uniqlo bag dupe—offers a very similar handbag, in a ton of colorways (including purple, blue, cream, yellow and of course, black) for just $24.99. Not bad, huh?

Review-wise, one shopper said: "I get so many compliments on this bag. I love it because it holds a lot but is so lightweight."

While another wrote: "This bag is so cute and fun. It's a great size. Plenty large enough to hold all your necessities but not so large it gets in the way." A few do state though that it's a tad smaller than the COS option and comes with a slightly longer strap. It's also made from nylon as opposed to COS' recycled polyester but for $30 less, it definitely offers a very similar vibe!
