Wondering where you’ve seen the 'Do Revenge' cast before? The lineup is FULL of familiar faces
Here’s why you recognize the Do Revenge cast—from Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes to Sarah Michelle Gellar and more
There’s nothing more frustrating than sitting down to watch one of Netflix's best and most-watched shows and spotting an actor you definitely know but just can’t place. This will no doubt be the case for the streaming giant’s new film, ‘Do Revenge’—whose lineup is packed with some very familiar faces. So to save you any unnecessary phone scrolling while you’re trying to enjoy a movie night—here’s why you recognize the Do Revenge cast…
From Riverdale stars to iconic rom-com characters—who will fill you with all that 2000s nostalgia—Do Revenge’s roster is reason enough to tune into this teen comedy.
For those so far unacquainted with the film, it was inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s ‘Strangers on a Train’ and sees high schoolers Drea and Eleanor team up to take down each other's nemeses. If the trailer is anything to go by, their partnership sparks all-out revenge-fueled mayhem—and even a classic makeover scene.
The Do Revenge cast: What they've starred in before
In just the teaser alone, we counted at least six stars from shows like Outer Banks and Stranger Things—so let’s dive in already!
Camila Mendes

Trust Veronica Lodge to be the Queen-B of yet another high school, yes—you’ll no doubt recognize Camila as Veronica in Riverdale. She has been one of the OG cast members since 2017.
The show is now in its final season (and no we don’t know what’s going on either), but if you’re a fan, you need to check out Camila and the rest of the Riverdale Girls’ TikTok account—it’s flawless.
Maya Hawke

If you’ve been counting down the days until Stranger Things season five, you’ll know Maya Hawke as Robin Buckley—who joined the show in season three. Robin is BFFs with Hawkins' favorite babysitter, Steve Harrington. Another interesting fact to note about Maya is that she’s also the daughter of Hollywood greats Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke.
While she won’t be battling Vecna here, she will be taking on Drea’s (played by Camila Mendes) ex-boyfriend in what seems to be a classic ‘John Tucker Must Die’-esque ruse.
Sophie Turner

Sophie Turner also makes an appearance as ‘Eleanor’ but has played a number of iconic roles, including Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones and Jean Page in X-Men Dark Pheonix.
Oh, did we also mention that she’s also the wife of pop star Joe Jonas?
Sarah Michelle Gellar

All our 90s babies out there will know Sarah Michelle Gellar—she has starred in some ultimate nostalgic TV shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is known for playing live-action Daphne in Scooby-Doo, along with her husband Freddie Prince Junior who played Fred—this still makes us swoon.
Just a few of her other notable projects include films like Cruel Intentions, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Suburban Girl.

Austin stars as Max, Drea’s ex-boyfriend in Do Revenge, but this is not his breakout role. Fans of Euphoria will know him as Ethan Lewis, Kat’s boyfriend or should we say ex, as she broke up with him at the end of season two—and as Barbie Ferrera has quit Euphoria, we’re unsure what the future hold for him in the HBO show.
Austin is also known for his role as Dash in Dash &Lily, Ron Anderson in The Walking Dead and Ben in the romantic drama Paper Towns, alongside Cara Delevinge.

Ava Capri is best known for her role as Lucy in Hulu's Love, Victor. In Do Revenge she plays Carissa Jones—who Drea will take down for Eleanor—while Eleanor does the same to Drea's ex Max (Austin Abrams).

Another Netflix Alum, Rish Shah is a familiar face from the To All the Boys trilogy—he plays Ravi, who is one of the many boys who pose a dilemma for Lara Jean and her main love interest Peter.
Most recently Rish also featured in Marvel's new series Ms Marvel on Disney Plus.

For all the Outer Banks stans counting down the days until season three drops, you can catch one of your favorite 'Pogues' in Do Revenge!
Jordan David (J.D) stars as Pope in the series alongside the likes of Madelyn Cline and Chase Stokes.
