Who is Jazz Charton? Everything we know about Kieran Culkin's wife
Jazz Charton doesn't star in 'Succession' but she's one of our favorite characters in the Waystar universe. Here's why
Her husband played one of our favorite onscreen characters, but Jazz Charton is certainly one of our fave offscreen characters in the Succession universe.
The wife of Kieran Culkin, the actor behind Roman Roy in the HBO hit (who is not the youngest Roy sibling, FYI), Charton has frequently been seen on her husband's arm on the red carpet ("I still have no idea what to do in front of a camera and probably never will but Kieran is seeeeerving," she posted about posing at the Succession season 4 premiere) and awards-show ceremonies over the years. (Culkin won a Critics' Choice Award for his performance as the wisecracking Succession character in 2022.)
But what about Jazz Charton herself? From her British upbringing to her strong social-media game, let's get to know her!
Who is Jazz Charton, Kieran Culkin's wife?
Born in London, England, Jazz Charton and her sister were raised by their single mother, model-turned-artist Corrine "Coco" Charton. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in film studies and American history from King's College London in 2010, and moved to New York City in September of that year, where she would later meet her future husband. (More on them in a bit.)
Though not a performer like her famous spouse, Charton has reportedly held numerous jobs in and around the entertainment biz and was working in the music department of an ad agency when she met Culkin.

Jazz Charton Instagram: where to follow her
Her husband may not have social media, but at her Instagram handle @jazzcharton, Charton makes up for it with her relatable photos of parenting two small children, behind-the-scenes snaps featuring the Succession crew (most recently of the couple palling around with Shiv actress Sarah Snook and her hubby Dave Lawson) and hilarious takedowns of Culkin, particularly when he loses notable acting awards.

How long have Jazz Charton and Kieran Culkin been together?
Charton and Culkin met at a bar in New York City in 2012, and the latter's opening line was fittingly on-brand. The actor told The Hollywood Reporter: "I said, 'I'm Kieran. You have an English accent. What's your name?' She said, 'Jazz.' I said, 'J-A-Z-Z, like the music?' And she said, 'Yeah.' And I said, 'Well, that's f-----g stupid.'” It reportedly made Charton laugh and they've been together ever since.
Kieran Culkin and Jazz Charton wedding
The couple eloped on June 22, 2013, while on a road trip in Iowa. In June 2020, Charton gave some backstory of their unusual nuptials in an anniversary post on Instagram.
"7 years ago we went on what was supposed to be a 6 week road trip but ended up taking 3 1/2 months. 7 years ago we fell in love with Iowa. 7 years ago we met a girl named Kinsey who helped us get our marriage license and 7 years ago today we said I do in the rain with 3 strangers. Whose genius idea was it to have Father’s Day right before our anniversary? One gift counts for both right?" she wrote in the caption.

Jazz Charton and Kieran Culkin kids
The twosome—who resides in Brooklyn, New York—welcomed their first child, daughter Kinsey Sioux, on September 13, 2019, with their son, Wilder Wolf, following on August 17, 2021.
Charton cheekily shared that their daughter was actually conceived the night of the 2019 Golden Globes, capping her pregnancy announcement with a "#theglobeswerefun" hashtag.
The May 2019 post read: “My favourite surprise so far. We had no idea how much we wanted this until it happened. We’re excited/terrified/
ecstatic/unprepared but we cannot wait to meet our little unexpected creation in September #theglobeswerefun #koalatummy”
All four seasons of Succession are available to watch on demand on HBO and Max.
