Margot Robbie's best red carpet looks to date—from her Versace Babylon dress to her Barbie-inspired Golden Globe look
We've got major heart eyes for all of Margot Robbie's red carpet looks right now...
Margot Robbie's red carpet looks are all we can think about lately. From her vintage Versace dress at the Babylon premiere in Australia to her Barbiecore ensemble at the 2023 Golden Globes, the actress' latest looks have just been on fire—so let's reminisce over them, shall we?
Clearly, we're all suckers for a celebrity fashion moment, whether it's Florence Pugh's sheer dress or Zendaya's outfits— just stick our fave a-lister on a red carpet and you've got our full, undivided attention. Especially when it comes to the Barbie movie's leading lady, Margot Robbie—who has been killing the style game lately.
Her recent press appearances have truly stolen our focus, thanks to her bold and effortlessly chic styles—like that green satin Bottega dress she wore to the Governors Awards in November 2022.
So, while we count down the days until the 2023 Oscars, where we'll hopefully see yet another style triumph from her—here's a recap of some of Margot's best red carpet dresses and looks...
Margot Robbie's red carpet looks
While we're still sad to have missed her at the Met Gala 2022, Margot has been more than making up for it as of late, with some truly jaw-dropping dresses.
In fact, we literally cannot wait to see what looks she has in store for us when the Barbie premiere comes around, where she'll be starring alongside Ryan Gosling, as the Ken to her Barbie! Is it too much to hope for some rollerblades on the red carpet?
Anyway, we digress! Here's a recap of some of Margot's latest and greatest looks—enjoy!
Margot Robbie's Versace dress
The fit of this vintage Versace dress is everything! Margot wore this to the Babylon premiere in Australia, and while some fans were divided over the addition of the red lace to the powder blue, satin gown—we reckon the hint of red could be a deliberate nod to her now iconic red Babylon dress (which she famously adorns in the film).
Especially since she wore another red number to the global premiere also—we're here for the consistency! Plus, Margot really rocks this dress.
Margot Robbie's 'Babylon' Premiere dress
As mentioned, Margot has been pulling out all the stops for the Babylon press tour, including this incredible black, hooded Alaïa dress, which she wore to the global premiere screening.
The gown features dramatic cutouts and thigh-high leg slit, with Margot pairing the look with black tights. It's honestly just *chefs kiss*.
Continuing the red theme, Margot also wore this bold, flowing number to the UK Babylon screening. While it may not be to everyone's liking, we're a fan of the open back and long, trailing sleeves.
Margot Robbie's red 'Babylon' dress
We know, we know! This isn't a red carpet look but we couldn't not throw out a little special mention for this viral dress.
It gives Keira Knightly's green Atonement dress vibes and we—and the rest of the internet really—are obsessed with it.

Margot Robbie's Golden Globe dress (2023)
Now, moving away from Babylon—Margot gave us a glimpse of Barbie with her millennial pink chevron-print dress.
This dress features a flattering halterneck and mermaid-style shape, complete with a ruffled tulle bottom and just the right amount of sparkle.
Margot Robbie's green Bottega dress
The way our jaws dropped when we saw this cut-out, green Bottega dress. Margot wore this look to The Academy's Governor's Awards in November 2022 and it's been living rent-free in our minds ever since.
Margot Robbie's Oscar dress (2021)
This silver, glittery Chanel dress is also a real show-stopper. Margot wore this look to the 2021 Oscars as she debuted her fringe hairstyle and rocked a loose, wavy ponytail! It gets a yes from us.
Margot Robbie's 'Amsterdam' dress
Margot wore this black, cloaked dress to the premiered of Amsterdam. The dress features a choker neck and cut-out detailing—clearly the cut-out trend is going nowhere quickly, especially if Maya Jama's recent Love Island outfits are anything to go by!
Margot Robbie's Chanel jumpsuit
In 2021, Margot opted for this white Chanel jumpsuit as she attended the premiere of Suicide Squad. While it's definitely a bold shift from her usual long gowns, we're a big fan of the elegant ensemble!
We can't wait to see what red carpet looks Margot will continue to bring in 2023!
