Raquel Leviss just revealed alarming details about the Facetime video that started Scandoval
In a podcast interview with Bethenny Frankel, Raquel Leviss digs into life after Vanderpump, including the NSFW Facetime video at the center of the 'Pump Rules' cheating scandal
Just as the dust has seemingly settled around Scandoval, new intel on that infamous Raquel Leviss Facetime video is bringing up the Vanderpump Rules drama all over again.
Speaking out for the first time since she completed mental health treatment in Arizona (in case you've been wondering "Where is Raquel Leviss now?"), the reality TV personality sat down with former RHONY star Bethenny Frankel on the latter's podcast, “Just B with Bethenny Frankel," in an episode released on Wednesday, August 16.
The conversation, of course, touched on the aftermath of Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss' much-publicized cheating scandal, including whether or not Raquel will return to Vanderpump Rules for season 11. But one piece of information was a shocking one for listeners, centered on the NSFW Facetime video that led to the discovery of the co-stars' long-running affair and the media blitz it produced. Here's everything to know.
All about that Raquel Leviss Facetime video
Along with other bombshells that Leviss dropped throughout the podcast interview, including that she reportedly didn't make "a single penny" from the Vanderpump scandal (here's an update on Raquel Leviss' net worth) and that she chooses unavailable men because she suffers from "love addiction," the Pump Rules star revealed that the graphic Facetime video that Tom Sandoval's then-partner Ariana Madix discovered on his phone was recorded without Leviss' knowledge or consent.
"So you're FaceTiming Tom, you're in New York and Tom is in LA and you're masturbating, and he's recording you, and you don't know you’re being recorded?" Frankel asked Leviss, which the latter confirmed.
"I decided to be adventurous and look at the adult section on the TV, and Tom and I FaceTimed a lot, so it turned into something more of an intimate FaceTime. I expected to have privacy in that moment, so that happened," Leviss said of the March 1 call. “It’s not something that I would ever want my grandma to see,” she added of the video's sexual nature.

However, Leviss explained that she only found out that Sandoval recorded the session and saved the video on his smartphone later that evening when Madix discovered the graphic clip on her boyfriend's device.
“I get a text from Ariana sending me two screen recorded videos and a text that said, ‘You’re dead to me,’ and that’s how I knew that she knew,” Leviss continued. “And then also that’s how I found out I had been recorded without my consent, so of course all of these emotions came flooding over me.”
Fearing that the video would publicly leak, Leviss owned up to the affair to Ariana, and we all know what happened next. She also sent out cease and desist letters to several members of the Vanderpump universe to delete the incriminating clip, though added in the podcast, "It seems to be that a lot of people have seen it," even going so far as to say Madix had allegedly been showing people the video herself.
“Some of Ariana’s friends have described the video in great detail online, and she also sent it to me, so I don’t know who else she sent it to. I wouldn’t be surprised if she sent it to other people, but it’s not legal.”
As for Leviss' future with Vanderpump Rules, it seems like the TV star will not be returning for season 11, which is currently in production.
