The question on everyone's lips: Who is Addison Rae...and what exactly does she do?

From TikTok fame to Netflix stardom, the social media queen has essentially launched a career overnight thanks to catchy dance videos. Now, all eyes are on the Gen Z-er as she is set to debut in the She's All That reboot, out on Netflix this week.

Here's everything you need to know about the He's All That star and viral video queen.

Who is Addison Rae?

The Louisiana native rose to fame on TikTok by posting dance and lip-synching videos in 2019. She climbed her way up to 81 million followers and holds the title of the highest-earning star on the platform. Not too shabby.

Though she was studying broadcast journalism at Louisiana State University, Rae ultimately left school to pursue content creation on a full-time basis and ended up relocating to the West Coast. Once there, she joined the Hype House, a content-creator collective that also boasts Chase Hudson, Charli D'Amelio and Daisy Keech as alumni and is set to get the Netflix treatment with a series.

Little by little, Rae worked her way into a variety of projects...and even a friendship with Kourtney Kardashian.

How old is Addison Rae?

Born on October 6, 2000, Addison Rae is currently 20 years old. She is a Libra.

Addison Rae Instagram account

Not only popular on TikTok, Rae is also a hit on Instagram, where she posts under the @addisonraee handle. (Looks like an eager fan took @addisonrae before she could!) She currently has 38.8 million followers on the app.

Does Addison Rae sing?

Naturally, TikTok stardom is the perfect segue into a music career, and Rae jumped on the bandwagon with the release of her single "Obsessed" in March 2021.

Addison and her mom Sherri, who is no stranger to viral fame, also have a podcast titled "That Was Fun?" on Spotify, which is considered "a behind-the-scenes look into their lives." They host special guests, including Hailey Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian, to discuss relationships, music, etc.

Addison Rae boyfriend in 2021: Who is Omar Fedi?

Addison Rae and Tanner Buchanan—an on-again, off-again Hype House couple who shared a lip lock at the 2021 VMAs and confused everyone in the process—are no more, but now Rae has been linked to guitarist Omer Fedi, who has performed with Travis Barker. (Coincidence given that she's friends with Kourt?)

The two were seen holding hands ahead of the He's All That premiere on August 27, 2021, per E! News, and it looks like love to us!

Addison Rae TikTok dance controversy

It comes as no surprise that with so many followers, Rae would hit a controversy eventually. While promoting her "Obsessed" video in March 2021 on The Tonight Show, Addison Rae, host Jimmy Fallon and the show producers were criticized for not crediting the Black content creators who were responsible for the original choreography of her TikTok dances. They were acknowledged by The Tonight Show after her appearance.

Addison Rae Trump controversy

Another bit of trouble came in July 2021, when Rae was seen in a video working her way through a crowd to eagerly greet former President Trump at a UFC 246 match. Shaking his hand, Addison seemingly says: “Hi, I’m Addison. Nice to meet you. I have to say hi. Hello. So nice to meet you.”

The video sparked controversy with Rae's fans, who felt that the messaging and policies of the divisive former POTUS were not in line with the causes and sentiments that Rae had publicly endorsed throughout her career.

What movie is Addison Rae in? 2021's She's All That

The popular '90s flick She's All That is getting a 2021 makeover. In a gender-swapped version of the 1999 film starring Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachael Leigh Cook, He's All That focuses on high schooler Padgett, who takes on a cruel dare—a "dork outreach program," if you will—to turn geeky classmate, Cameron, into the prom king.

This is Addison Rae's acting debut—which includes a Kourtney K. cameo, believe it or not—and hits Netflix on Friday, August 27, 2021. Check out the teaser below:
