Who is Brynn from 'RHONY'? Fans are loving this Bravo newbie
Curious about Brynn from 'RHONY' season 14? Here's the scoop on the 'trophy wife in training' and pot-stirrer
Who is Brynn from RHONY season 14?
Now that Bravoholics have been treated to a fresh set of faces in the Big Apple courtesy of the new RHONY season 14 cast, you better believe they're anxious to take a bite out of the revamped Bravo franchise. As the season gets underway, fans are learning more about former J. Crew head honcho Jenna Lyons, taking a sneak peek into blogger Sai De Silva's life (though her hubby will remain on the DL) and, of course, enjoying Brynn Whitfield's undeniable screen presence.
Since Real Housewives is a TV show about gossip and drama, viewers will be pleased to learn that the self-described "trophy wife in training" has initiated two arguments from the get-go and considers herself to be a pot-stirrer. Boredom be damned!
“I think I’m more intentional. I’m like, ‘You just told me something. I’m gonna go tell someone else.’ I think Erin is unintentionally the biggest pot-stirrer, and I’m intentionally the biggest pot-stirrer. Act with purpose in life,” Whitfield told Hollywood Life.
But there's more to the socialite than getting her co-stars in a tizzy. Here's what you need to know about Brynn.
Who is Brynn from 'RHONY'? Meet the new Bravolebrity
Brynn Whitfield is a 36-year-old New Yorker by way of the Midwest who works in marketing and communications. She is currently single, yet still close with all of her previous boyfriends—including Gideon, her third ex-fiancé, whom she brings up on the show. She is envisioning life with a husband and children, something she didn't experience growing up. (Perhaps the ladies will help lead her in the right direction?)
The firecracker claimed to have been placed under the guidance of RHOBH royalty Lisa Vanderpump, according to an interview with Page Six, as she has a close friendship with Vanderpump's daughter, Pandora.
“Lisa gave some good advice—she was like, ‘Just be yourself darling,'” Whitfield told the outlet, allegedly with a British accent.
Now she's taking that advice in front of the camera while filming on the East Coast. Though we're just a few episodes in, we already know that she has a passion for yoga, fashion and of course, the place she calls home.

Brynn Whitfield birthday: when was the Bravo star born?
Brynn Whitfield was born on February 8, 1987, which makes her an Aquarius, an independent, social air sign—something that totally adds up on screen.
Brynn Whitfield parents: who are Brynn's mom and dad?
Sadly, Brynn opens up to the other ladies over Shakshouka in the Hamptons about her difficult family life while discussing Thanksgiving plans; during this time, she alleged abuse and neglect while she and her siblings were growing up.
"I never had, like a real family. I always wanted a mom and dad. That's why I'm friends with all of my exes and their families," she said.
Later in the episode, she said in a confessional, "I grew up with my brother and my sister in Indiana, but my parents weren't really in the picture. But my mom's mom legally adopted us, so she's mom to me."
Her grandmother passed away in 2021, and it's clear she had a significant impact on Brynn (as evidenced by her Instagram post below).
Later in the episode, she also revealed that she and her siblings only lived with her mother for about six months, and while they did, they went days without being acknowledged and were "poor as f***"—"welfare, food stamps, everything."
When speaking about her mother, Brynn noted, “She had her own issues and stuff and then my father [was] older. The only time that my brother and sister and I lived with my parents was for the first six months of my life.”
More of her story will be revealed in the coming weeks.
