New bombshell Remi Lambert is looking to turn heads and step on toes as he enters the Love Island season eight villa and we’ve got very high hopes for him (here's how to watch Love Island UK if you need to catch up).

As our 2022 Love Island lineup heads into their second week, it’s been announced that two new guys will be entering the villa to stir things up—Jay Younger and Remi Lambert (who described his previous dating history as 'prestige').

From what we can garner from Love Island First Look, Remi will be turning quite a few heads as he makes his debut—and could be set to be a fan favorite after admitting he’s looking for a relationship to rival two previous islanders…

Who is Remi Lambert?

Remi is a model from Manchester with an impressive 13 thousand followers and a number of modeling gigs already under his belt. And while this might lead you to believe that his motives for entering the villa are fame-related, he claims he really is looking for love.

Describing himself as ‘Single af’—the more extreme version of just being single—Remi says he’s looking for a serious relationship. But not just any serious relationship—one that could be compared to Molly-Mae and Tommy’s from season five, who are the only Love Island couple still together from their series.

He says: “When I saw Molly and Tommy and saw how strong they are together, I thought, ‘I want a love like that.’”

Despite being on a quest for love, he admits that he’s very picky and is looking for a ten out of ten—with his ick being a girl who goes out too much. That won’t be an issue in the villa though, since they’re all stuck there…

Love Island fans are hoping he’ll have his eye on Paige who is currently the only single person in the villa or on Indiyah, who is coupled up with Ikenna—though their relationship hasn’t exactly been plane sailing.
