Karlie Kloss teamed up with Adidas to launch a new sustainable activewear collection

Karlie Kloss has teamed up with Adidas to launch one of the best sustainable activewear collections we've seen in a while. 

The supermodel and coding Queen has designed the entire spring/summer 2021 athleisure range with the popular sportswear brand's Design VP Jo Aberg, and judging by our first glance, it's set to be a huge hit.

The collection is made up of gorgeous orange-accented goods but also features, navy and black hues. It includes everything from workout friendly parker jackets, stylish flared joggers with button up sides and high waisted long leggings, to chic cover-up shirts and high performance sports bras - all of which are eco-friendly.

You'll also find a special pair of sustainable Adidas SolarGlide Karlie Kloss shoes which are available in different shades to complete the look.

Speaking to Elle about the exciting new collection, which marks her first sustainable clothing line, Kloss said: "It's a dream come true to be creating and launching this collection with Adidas. Long before my day job being a model, I really have always identified as an athlete. Growing up, I played every sport in the book. I loved the role that sports had and continue to have in my life. It's such a core part of how I connect to my body and my mind and how I feel my best."

The collection has been created using recyclable material and AEROREADY fabric technology that supports sustainability as well as providing an effective sporty experience. It's specifically inspired by Gen Z, who are known for their dedication to an eco-friendly lifestyle. 

In an interview with Pop Sugar, Kloss revealed some of her favourite Gen-Zers, saying: "I really love Zendaya and her style. She's just all-around so cool. It's funny to see younger people that I look up to. It's a weird thing, but I guess that happens as you get older. Then I like Millie Bobby Brown — she has great style. Emma Chamberlain, I think, has great style. I adore Storm Reed and Kaia Gerber too."
