Everyone's talking about *that* Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield moment at the Oscars
Everyone's new favorite duo sent hearts aflutter while presenting for Best Original Screenplay
Kudos to the Academy: the Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield Oscars mashup was exactly what viewers needed.
If you thought moody goth girls Jenna Ortega and Aubrey Plaza at the SAG Awards made fans swoon, Spider-Man and Miss Flo at the 95th Academy Awards was the cherry on top of the awards season presenters. (And needless to say, that Valentino Couture dress was a Florence Pugh fashion moment for the books.)
From the moment the duo took the stage to present the Best Original Screenplay award, hearts everywhere were aflutter. The way she held his arm! Their off-side banter! Everyone's spidey senses were certainly tingling while watching along, and of course, Twitter had some thoughts.

Any chance we can get in on this convo, too?

Notice something?
At no point throughout their presentation does Pugh remove her arm from Garfield's. Well, to be fair, we probably wouldn't have, either.

When does the movie premiere?
Anyone else think Pugh and Garfield need to star side-by-side in a film? We're definitely convinced. (Don't Worry, Darling, who?)

Attention, directors
Calling all movie makers: we do see the chemistry, right? In the event you're casting, everyone in on the interwebs has a suggestion for your new male and female leads.

Earlier this year, Amelia Dimoldenberg and Andrew Garfield sparked dating rumors during a flirty red-carpet interview, and in late 2022, fans speculated Andrew Garfield and Phoebe Dynevor were a pair. Pugh, for her part, split from Zach Braff in 2022. We're not jumping the gun and calling our next favorite couple, but we're not not calling it!
After you're done swooning, here's where all of this year's Oscar movies are streaming.
