While a lot of details surrounding the film are being kept under wraps, we can already tell we’re in for a wild ride—and that’s just going by the cast list…
So without further ado, let's dive into what we know so far about this exciting release!
What is Henry Cavill and Dua Lipa's film ‘Argylle’ about?
'Argylle' is a spy thriller based on the novel by Elly Conway about the ‘world's greatest spy,’ (no it’s not a James Bond reboot) and is directed by Matthew Vaughn.
According to IGN, the film centers around Argylle (Henry Cavill) who is suffering from amnesia, and believes he is actually a best-selling spy novelist rather than an actual spy. But as his memories begin to return…things look like they'll get very interesting.
No word yet on Dua’s role, looking a the picture she could very well be Cavill’s love interest, or perhaps a formidable femme-fatale?
Who else is in Aryglle?
The cast features some very famous names indeed, including Samuel L. Jackson, Bryce Dallas Howard, Bryan Cranston, Sam Rockwell, Rob Delaney, Catherine O’Hara, Ariana DeBose, and John Cena.
And obviously, Henry Cavill and Dua Lipa are the main stars of this upcoming flick.
Where to watch Argylle?
'Argylle' is landing on AppleTV in both the US and the UK later this year, but sadly there’s no release date as of yet. But rest assured we'll keep you posted—check back here for updates as and when we have them!
