Former islander, Jacques O’Neill has wiped all trace of Paige from his Instagram, following his dramatic exit from Love Island 2022—as fans think he’s given up on a post-villa romance with her.

Eagle-eyed Love Island fans spotted that all of Jacques' Love Island Instagram pictures with Paige, including the pinned ones have seemingly been deleted from his feed, as she continues to grow closer with season four’s Adam Collard.

They’re now theorizing that this is a tell-tale sign that Jacques is moving on and is no longer waiting to rekindle their relationship when she leaves the villa…

For those who don’t know, the pair were happily coupled up for weeks, despite a bump in the road with Jay—until Casa Amor made its infamous return. The ‘ultimate test’ proved all too tempting for Jacques who began exploring a connection with new girl Cheyanne—only to stick with Paige in the Casa recoupling.

The couple fell out but slowly started to get back on track before Adam arrived and set his sights on Paige.

After an explosive row, Jacques announced that he was leaving the show to ‘get back to himself’ after struggling with his mental health in the villa and fearing tensions would escalate—though he vowed to wait for her on the outside.

With the Love Island final now just days away, Paige is fully cracking on with Adam, discussing exclusivity and future plans—which no doubt, is hard to watch for her former flame.

Now, Jacques seems to have done the classic post-breakup move and cleared all traces of her from his insta. In response, one fan tweeted: ”Anyone else notice Jacques delete the pictures of him and Paige from his Instagram.”

While another saw a slight silver lining to the news, posting: “Jacques is deleting all traces of Paige from his ig, he’s taken her off the pinned photos as well. I mean at least we know he isn’t wasting his petrol driving to the airport for her.”
