Is Khloé Kardashian expecting a baby with Tristan Thompson *again*?!

The answer to the question "are Khloe and Tristan still together?" is a forever-changing one, and the latest development in the on-again, off-again couple's relationship has further complicated matters. 

"We can confirm True [Thompson] will have a sibling who was conceived in November," a rep for Khloé Kardashian told E! News on Wednesday, July 13. "Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."

So, who is the father? You guessed it: Tristan Thompson, the Chicago Bulls player with whom Kardashian has been engaged in a tumultuous, infidelity-plagued relationship with since 2016. The former couple had split previously due to affairs on Thompson's part, most notably with Kylie Jenner's ex-BFF Jordan Woods and most recently with Maralee Nichols, who birthed his child, Theo, in December 2021. The paternity news rocked the finale of The Kardashians on Hulu, ensuring a very drama-filled The Kardashians season 2 to come. 

However, the baby news does not mean that the Good American founder and the athlete have rekindled their romance. (In fact, there are rumors that Khloé Kardashian has a new man entirely.) According to E! News, "the baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December."

Kardashian has not been shy about wanting a sibling for four-year-old daughter True, who she and Thompson co-parent. Prior to the paternity scandal, the pair had discussed expanding their family during the filming of the reality show's second season. During a 2020 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kardashian jokingly says to Thompson: "I might get some embryos and get a sibling. I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you, but we'll figure that out later."

When can we expect the latest Kardashian family member to arrive? Per TMZ: "We're told the birth is imminent, within days. Another source says the baby may already have been born in the last day or so.
