Now we’ve seen a fair few "photoshop fails" in our time, but we're not sure that Kim Kardashian’s belly button is one of them. The reality star and SKIMS founder has responded in the most iconic way to the rumors that she edited out her belly button in her latest Instagram post.

In the age of social media, seeing influencers and celebrities edit and use filters on their selfies is nothing new. In fact, the Kardashians have found themselves in the firing line over photoshopping their snaps on more than one occasion—with fans claiming they’ve spotted wiggly walls, distorted floors and now apparently missing belly buttons…

This all began after Kim posted a carousel of summery snaps on her Insta, where she was wearing a nude set of SKIMS undies. She was pictured standing by the pool, looking cute and wearing what some fans were theorizing to be her boyfriend Pete Davidson’s sweatpants—pretty inconspicuous right?

Well apparently not, as fans quickly flooded the comments claiming that her belly button was missing—with one commenting: “You forgot to leave in your bellybutton!”

So where did Kim K’s belly button supposedly go? According to Kim, nowhere. The star took to her Instagram story to defend herself, sharing screenshots of a Daily Mail and Page Six article about said rumors and writing: “Come on guys…this is so dumb! Claiming I photoshopped out my belly button????”

She then had the most iconic response to these claims, posting: “Belly Button insecurities?? Well…why don’t you head over to skims.com to conceal that saggy belly button of yours with a great pair high waisted underwear like I did! You’re welcome!!!”

We would also like to point out that if you look really hard you can definitely make out the shadow of her belly button—but really all this means is that Kim can now add ‘belly button concealing’ to the high-waisted underwear’s product description…

So if this story has put you in the mood to shop for some SKIMS, for all your underwear and potential belly button needs—we’ve got you covered.
