What's going on with Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly? It's not looking good
Have Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly been able to work out their drama, or will their relationship take a turn for the worse?
Wondering where Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly stand? The punk-rock duo appear to be hanging on by a thread.
Earlier this year, Megan Fox and MGK's relationship came under fire after the actor's Instagram handiwork. She deleted photos of her fiancé and included a cryptic message alongside a carousel of photos around the time of the SuperBowl. The text included lyrics from Beyoncé's "Pray You Catch Me"—a popular breakup song—which read, "You can taste the dishonesty/ it's all over your breath."
That's when fans turned on MGK's guitarist Sophie Lloyd, who they suspected was involved in a cheating scandal with the "Emo Girl" crooner. Fox later returned to Instagram to reveal that Lloyd was not responsible in any wrongdoings, however, that doesn't mean things are peachy keen between the lovers.
"They are very hot and cold," a source confirmed to US Weekly, but what does that exactly mean for their romance now and in the future?
What is the deal with Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly?
At this time, MGK and Megan Fox are reportedly on a break, per US Weekly reports. They have put a pause on their wedding plans to work on their issues.
"Their relationship is pretty volatile at the moment. They are currently off, but still texting each other," the anonymous source added.
The two got engaged in January 2022, with MGK popping the question with a massive ring featuring both of their birthstones—an emerald and diamond—with a silver band made of thorns, which the rapper designed himself. Since then, the two have made a number of red-carpet appearances and posted a ton of loved-up Instagram tributes to each other, but now it seems it could all be over.
Fans have been left pretty confused by the whole split timeline though, as the couple were pictured leaving Drake's pre-Super Bowl party together on Friday night, February 10, looking as cozy as ever. Meaning whatever transpired between them happened sometime between that Friday and Sunday...
Shortly after the fiasco, an insider told People,"Megan is still upset but is not giving up on their relationship," before adding that MGK, "feels the same way. They are getting professional help because they want things to work out."
Have things taken a turn for the worse? It sure seems that way.
Did Machine Gun Kelly cheat on Megan Fox?
Fans are theorizing that MGK may have been unfaithful, considering Megan's choice of lyrics for her now-deleted Instagram post.
As mentioned the quote is from Beyoncé's song "Pray You Catch Me," from her album Lemonade. The twelve-track album famously details Beyoncé's feelings and processing of Jay-Z's infidelity in their marriage—which understandably has led fans to believe Megan may have broken up with MGK because he cheated on her.
According to TMZ, in a now-deleted post, Megan wrote: "There has been no third-party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes but is not limited to...actual humans, DMs, AI bots, or succubus demons." Before then commenting on one of Sophie's Instagram posts.

Megan said: "How me making a joke in order to absolve this girl of a hurtful accusation somehow turned into a confirmation of it—I will never understand. Why are people so....so dumb."
"Sophie, you are insanely talented. Welcome to Hollywood. Your first unwarranted PR disaster. You have now been baptized by the flames of fame. It only gets worse from here, unfortunately. Just ignore it as much as you can. ❤️middle finger up."
Sophie then replied with: "The Internet is so wild! Sending so much love."
Did Megan Fox delete Instagram?
Yes, Megan did initially delete her Instagram after posting her cryptic carousel and unfollowing everyone bar Harry Styles, Timothee Chalamet and Eminem and deleting all traces of her relationship with MGK.
At the time of publication, however, Megan has reactivated her account but has deleted all of her posts and now does not follow anyone.
