Another year, another Met Gala, and yet again our invitation seems to have got lost in the mail. This year's Met Gala gave us all the glitz and glamour we’ve been missing over the last year and a half, but with the incredible fashion displays worn by our fave celebs, so too come the memes—so here are all the best Met Gala Memes.

The night for those attending is far from funny, it’s the most prestigious of fashion events, held at the iconic Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. We saw congresswoman AOC call for taxes on the rich and Billie Eilish even put an end to fur at Oscar de la Renta. But social media memes know no limits, the creative users could make a meme out of anything—and they do.

Twitter had a lot to say about Kim’s literally head-to-toe Balenciaga look. It really made a statement, but some fans thought the whole look was a bit familiar and reminiscent of a certain creature from Harry Potter...
