With Natalia Bryant as their newest addition, IMG Models are snapping up the industry's hottest talent. The talent and model management agency just signed the 18-year-old daughter of the late Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa Bryant.
The teenager is a self-confessed style guru whose interest in the fashion industry started from a very young age. She joins a roster of accomplished women who are part of the IMG Models portfolio, such as Gigi and Bella Hadid, inaugural poet Amanda Gorman and model Ashley Graham.
Natalia Bryant has bagged a long-standing contract with the international modelling agency a few weeks after her birthday, and IMG vows that they will help her forge a career in high fashion.
Announcing the exciting news, the agency took to Instagram with a caption saying: "NOW REPRESENTING: #NataliaBryant!" The caption included a quote from the young Bryant, who explained how she'd always dreamt of becoming a model.
Natalia added: "I have always been interested in fashion since a very young age. I have a love for the industry, and ever since I can remember, I wanted to model. There is a lot to learn, but I feel this is a great opportunity for me to learn and express myself creatively."
IMG Models' senior vice president Maja Chiesi released a statement saying: "Natalia has such a bright future ahead of her, and we were taken aback by her beauty, talent and drive from our first encounter."
"We're honored to partner with Natalia in shaping her career in fashion and beauty, and we look forward to connecting her with fresh, exciting opportunities that showcase her multifaceted personality and look," Chieshi said.
Fellow IMG model Gigi Hadid posted “YES ❤️" in support of Natalia, sharing the headshot photo of her on an Instagram story with the caption, "proud".
"So beautiful," the singer Ciara wrote. "So excited for you, sunshine!"
Natalia wasn't the only Bryant gleaming with joy as her mother Vanessa shared a sweet post on her Instagram, adding: "I'm so happy for you! I love you, Nani!" Iconic supermodel Cindy Crawford commented on Vanessa Bryant's post, writing: “Congrats!”
