You can now fall asleep with Regé-Jean Page
Well, sort of...The Duke of Hastings has narrated a sleep story for Calm
If you’re a Bridgerton fan and have fantasized about going to bed with The Duke of Hastings, we have some good news for you—Regé-Jean Page has just released a ‘sleep story’ with mindfulness app, Calm.
It may not be exactly what you had in mind, but it’s the next best thing. You’ll be able to get cozy and fall fast asleep to the soothing tones of Regé’s dreamy voice.
Sleep can be a struggle for many of us, even though we know how many hours of sleep we need, sometimes it’s just impossible to drift off to sleep. But now thanks to Calm and Regé, you can create the perfect sleep environment to drift off into a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.

Calm is a great sleep meditation app and its sleep stories are specifically designed to calm you and help you fall asleep. Personally, we can’t think of a better person to voice a relaxing story than The Duke, himself.
According to Stylist, Regé’s sleep story is called ‘The Prince and the Naturalist’ and is an "illuminating journey through old England." The story follows a naturalist and royal pupil exploring nature.
Regé explained why he chose to record the story, he said: “I know how valuable relaxation is for us all, especially in trying times, so I couldn’t be more glad to lend my voice to a sleep story.”—we are forever grateful.
We were all heartbroken at the news Regé would not be returning for the second season of Bridgerton, but at least now we can listen to him read us a story whenever we want!
Fans of the app loved the reveal, one wrote: “We LOVE to see it 👏’
Another said: “Be still my beating heart ❤️❤️”
Regé isn’t the first A-lister to feature on Calm’s sleep stories, Harry Styles, Shawn Mendes, Camilla Cabello, and Idris Elba voices have all also featured on the app.
It's safe it say, we know what we’re falling asleep to tonight!

Before working for Future Publishing’s Lifestyle News team, she worked in the Ad production team. Here she wrote and designed adverts on all sorts of things, which then went into print magazines across all genres. Now, when she isn’t writing articles on celebs, fashion trends, or the newest shows on Netflix, you can find her drinking copious cups of coffee, drawing and probably online shopping.
