Our Barbadian queen broke the Internet for seemingly the billionth time yesterday, not only with the announcement that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were expecting their first child together but also with that pink puffer jacket moment.
To break the baby news, the "Work" singer wore a full-length vintage Chanel down jacket from the label's fall-winter 1996-1997 collection, in a statement hot pink, her growing bump peeking out from under layers of jewel and pearl necklaces. A pair of Vêtements jeans and Amina Muaddi pumps rounded out the next-level maternity look.
And while Rihanna is used to being a fashion pioneer, she's not the only stylish celebrity breaking out a bold pink puffer this winter. Only a day later, on February 1, Jennifer Lopez posted a New York Times photoshoot of her sporting some similarly theatrical padded-pink outerwear.
