These chic H&M boots are taking over Instagram

H&M has been the gift that keeps on coming this winter. First, they launched a dreamy loungewear collection that helped us though lockdown, then they released a gorgeous sustainable fashion AW range and now the Swedish retailer has us all going crazy for a pair of chic winter boots. 

H&M‘s kitten-heeled knee-high black boots in imitation leather have been the hottest topic on Instagram lately, with everyone sporting a pair of the popular shoes and we totally understand why. They're stunning.

Not only do they look way more expensive  than they are, the faux leather does an incredible job at looking authentic, plus the subtle wide shape of the boot combined with the elegant kitten heel gives it a real designer feel. And guess what? They're being sold for the humble price of £49.99.

The shoes have become a huge hit among influencers on Instagram, with many sharing pictures of themselves styling a pair into their various winter looks and proving just how versatile they really are. 

In fact, you can wear them with anything from short dresses to tight trousers and even joggers as demonstrated by content creator Lauren Çokgüler, who sported a pair for her birthday during lockdown. 

We have to admit, we couldn't quite image it at first but after seeing her post, it's definitely a look!

Another influencer (also named Lauren) shared a similar image of herself in the boots, this time with jeans instead of joggers, and raved about how comfortable they are. "These @hm boots were an absolute god send, the comfort is real and I’m obsessed with them," she wrote in the caption. "The perfect pair of knees highs for just throwing on when you want to look a little more put together and/or disguising those thermal socks."
